NOTE
Pursuant to the approval of the new
three-year Poverty Reduction and Growth Facility (PRGF) for Moldova by the IMF
Executive Board on May 5, the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the IMF
have agreed to publish jointly a comprehensive list of documents, namely:

Letter from President Vladimir
Voronin on support to the Government’s
economic program
·
Letter of Intent from Messrs.
Vasile Tarlev, Prime Minister, and Leonid Talmaci,
Governor of the National Bank of Moldova
·
Memorandum of Economic and
Financial Policies (MEFP)
·
Technical Memorandum of
Understanding (TMU).

The
IMF Staff Report on Moldova on the PRGF and Article 4 discussions, and other
related documents will be published in the closest future.
A new MEFP is drafted by the Government and discussed with the IMF
every 6
months. The core conditionality of the approved PRGF program is presented
in
Table 1 to the MEFP.
